Tour Guide / Mate

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have an outgoing and motivating personality and willing to entertain.
  • Must be a team player, with a positive attitude and willingness to follow directions.
  • Ability to work extended hours in an outdoor environment exposed to the FL weather conditions (heat, direct sunlight, rain, wave spray, wind, and fog).
  • Some boat and tour experience preferred but not required (training provided).
  • Willing to adhere to rules and regulations.
  • This is a designated drug tested position.
  • High School Diploma or (GED).

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with safety prevention regulations and operating procedures.
  • Responsible for the general appearance of the exterior and interior of the vessel.
  • Maintain all decks and outside structures, keeping them safe, clean, and organized.
  • Responsible for tying up / untying the vessel at the various loading docks.
  • Conduct and narrate daily tours and safety drills (tour script will be provided).
  • Perform other duties as required by Captains and Operations Manager. 

 Cashier

Requirements:

  • Retail or service experience required
  • Ability to handle high volume foot traffic.
  • Must have an outgoing and motivating personality.
  • Ability to Answer phones in a professional manner providing answers when possible and making reservations or taking messages when needed.
  • Excellent communication abilities, Self-starter with ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work while standing and walking and in an outdoor atmosphere that could include being exposed to the Florida weather.
  • Be computer proficient (Word, Outlook). Experience with POS systems a plus.
  • Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English).
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

    Responsibilities:
  • Receive payment by cash, credit cards, or vouchers.
  • Answer incoming calls to make reservations, collect payment, and answer questions.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
  • Count opening cash at beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct.
  • Greet and check-in customers with existing reservations or walk-ins.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures as directed by the supervisor.

    Ticket Sales Associate
    Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and/or retail sales skills.
  • Experience in sales but not necessary (we provide training).
  • Must have an outgoing and motivating personality.
  • Ability to Answer phones in a professional manner providing answers when possible and making reservations or taking messages when needed.
  • Excellent communication abilities, Self-starter with ability to work independently.
  • Ability to approach customers to offer our attraction and services.
  • Ability to work while standing and walking and in an outdoor atmosphere that could include being exposed to the Florida weather.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English).

Captain

Job Type: Full time & Part time 

 Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have an outgoing, motivating and energetic personality and willing to entertain.
  • Must be a team player, with a positive attitude and willing to follow directions.
  • Excellent customer service skills are a must!
  • Ability to work extended hours in an outdoor environment exposed to the FL weather conditions (heat, direct sun light, rain, wave spray, wind and fog).
  • Willing to adhere to rules and regulations.
  • This is a designated drug tested position.
  • High School Diploma or (GED).
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with safety prevention regulations and operating procedures.
  • MUST have a 100ton Master License, FCC radio operators license and current CPR/First Aid
  • Candidate should be mechanically inclined and able to operate and assist in the general repairs and maintenance of our four 50+ boats. 
  • The individual must be drug free, a self-starter with an outgoing energetic personality.
