What is the difference between the Thriller speedboat and the Thriller Hurricane?

Currently both vessels are offering the same tour. The thriller holds up to 36 passengers and the Hurricane up to 85.

I am pregnant, can I ride?

Pregnant women may not participate.

Do you cancel the tour if it’s thundering and lightning?

Yes, for the safety of our passengers and crew, if it’s thundering and lighting we have to cancel the tour. You are able to reschedule or get a full refund.

What happens if I am unable to arrive on time for the tour.

We ask all customers to arrive 30 minute prior for check in and boarding, if you will not make it on time, please call us in advance at (305) 373 7001 to reschedule. If you arrive after the tour has departed, we will not be able to offer a refund or reschedule your tour.

If I have a back/neck problem, can I take the ride?

Guests with back/neck problems should not select this tour.

Can children under 3 years old join the tour?

Safety is always our top priority. We don't allow children under 3 years old to ride Thriller Miami or Thriller Hurricane.

I have mobility issues, can I ride?

Guests with mobility issues should not select this tour.

I am prone to motion sickness, what should I do?

Guests prone to motion sickness should take precautions.

Will I get wet aboard the vessels?

There are times when wind, speed and direction will affect water and sea spray which may enter the boat.

But depending on where you sit, on the last rows of the boat, you will definitely get wet.

Do Thriller Miami Speedboats always go out to the Ocean and speed up to 40 mph?

Most of the times yes, but while every effort is made to ensure a safe and Thriller ride upon our vessel
during your trip, the captain will take the sea conditions into consideration before going into the Atlantic
Ocean and/or reaching speeds up to 40 mph.

Can I bring food aboard?

You are not allowed to bring food aboard.

Can I bring a drink aboard?

Yes, but it has to be in a plastic cup or bottle. No glass containers. Cans are allowed.

I need help organizing a private charter for a group, were can I get more information?

I need to get a refund for tickets I purchased through a third party/Online Travel Agency. Who do I contact?

You will need to contact that third party customer service in order to get your refund, since tickets were purchased through them.

Where is the Thriller Dock located?

We are located inside of Bayside Marketplace shopping center. Once you enter the mall walk all the way to the bay/ water (You will see a band/performing stage) then head towards the Hard Rock Café/ Ferries wheel. Look for the yellow umbrellas and race flags.

Where should I park?

We are located at a shopping center, Bayside Marketplace, you can park (Pay for parking) here and walk to our dock.

How far in advance I should arrive to the dock for my tour?

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to tour departing time, please ensure online waivers are signed prior (one per participant) to check in. We recommend arriving in advance to enjoy shopping, bars, and restaurants at Bayside Marketplace and avoid being late do to traffic, finding parking or our dock.

Can I sign the waiver in advance?

Yes, you should do it as soon as you purchase your tickets, once you receive your confirmation and the link to fill it out. Each participant must sign one. It will take 1 minute.

Please sign the waiver before you arrive to our dock and before you check in to avoid delays.

Can I bring luggage aboard?

You cannot bring luggage aboard. There is a café at the entrance of the mall that offers luggage storage services for a fee.

Do I need to wear a life jacket?

We have life jackets under the seats but no one if required to wear them. They are there only for emergencies.

Can I reserve a seat?

When making a reservation, you are guaranteed a seat. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. Please arrive early to make the line and pick your preferred seats before anyone else.

What should I wear?

Regular clothes/shoes are fine. 

If I have a stroller/ wheelchair, where can I leave it while I ride Thriller?

We will save it for you at the dock until you come back from the tour.

If I am unable to walk, is there handicap access/ramp to get to the boat?

There is a ramp to get to our dock. Because of liability, our staff will be unable to assist you to get to the boat. Your family/friends will have to assist you. There are about 2-3 steps to get into the Thriller boat and the Hurricane boat.
