Yes, for the safety of our passengers and crew, if it’s thundering and lighting we have to cancel the tour. You are able to reschedule or get a full refund.

We ask all customers to arrive 30 minute prior for check-in and boarding. If you will not make it on time, please call us in advance at (305) 373 7001 to reschedule. If you arrive after the tour has departed, we will not be able to offer a refund or reschedule your tour.

Safety is always our top priority. We don’t allow children under 3 years old to ride the speedboat tour; children must be 3 years old and at least 36 inches tall (91.44 centimeters) to ride. Children under 3 years old and Babies are welcome to join our evening Miami River slow speed tour only.

During the speedboat tour, there are times when wind, speed and direction will affect water and sea spray which may enter the boat. You will get wet depending on where you sit, towards the back of the boats you most likely will get splashed. During the evening Miami River slow speed tour you will not get wet.

Most of the times yes, but while every effort is made to ensure a safe and thrilling ride on our vessels, during your trip, the captain will take the sea conditions into consideration before going into the Atlantic Ocean and/or reaching speeds up to 40 mph.

We are located in Downtown Miami inside of Bayside Marketplace shopping center. Once you enter the mall, walk all the way to the bay/water (you will see a band/performing stage) then head towards the Hard Rock Café/Ferris wheel. Look for the colorful boats, yellow umbrellas and racing flags.

We are located at a shopping center, Bayside Marketplace. You can park (pay for parking) here and walk to our dock. You may also park across the street on Biscayne Blvd. (metered parking) and then cross over to Bayside Marketplace.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to tour departing time, please ensure online waivers are signed prior to check-in. (one per participant) We recommend arriving in advance to enjoy shopping, bars, and restaurants at Bayside Marketplace and avoid being late due to traffic, finding parking, or finding our dock.

Yes, you should do it as soon as you purchase your tickets, once you receive your confirmation and the link to fill it out. Each participant must sign one. It will take 1 minute.

We have life jackets under the seats but no one is required to wear them. They are there only for emergencies.

When making a reservation, you are guaranteed a seat. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. Please arrive early to make the line and pick your preferred seats before anyone else.

We will save it for you at the dock until you come back from the tour.

There is a ramp to get to our dock. Because of liability, our staff will be unable to assist you to get onto the boat. Your family/friends will have to assist you. There are about 2-3 steps to get into the Thriller boat and the Hurricane boat.

For children’s safety, for the speedboat tour only, in order to ride, children must be 3 years old and at least 36 inches tall (91.44 centimeters).
